Nexus Re Risk Capital, Ltd. is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it.
We collect very little, and only what the site needs to work.
We do not set tracking cookies, and we do not use advertising or third-party analytics tools on this site.
We use contact form details to read, assess, and respond to your enquiry, and to continue the conversation if it leads to a working relationship. We use hosting and security logs to operate the site securely and reliably. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Two providers process information on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides content delivery and security services, and Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our team by email. Each processes information under its contractual commitments to us and its own security practices.
Our service providers operate globally, so information submitted through the site may be stored or processed outside the Cayman Islands, including in the United States. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the contractual and technical protections our providers put in place.
We keep contact enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to support any ongoing discussion, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. Hosting and security logs are retained by Cloudflare for the limited periods standard to its service. The design preference stays in your browser until you clear it.
The Cayman Islands Data Protection Act gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and in certain circumstances to have processing stopped, with a right of complaint to the Cayman Islands Ombudsman.
If the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal data, a right to data portability, and a right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this policy, reach us through our contact form and note that your message is a privacy request. We respond to every one.
